2. DNA Studio reserves the absolute right on all of the pictures with the customer for business promotion, photography and other photography related without having to tell or ask permission from the customer. Customer photos are never used for products other than DNA Studio.
3. Three time payment has to be done for each package Deposit, 50% on actual day and balance after collect album. The deposit amount to be paid depends on the package price and minimum deposit of RM100.
4. Once deposits received, DNA Studio will send a receipt by email to the customer containing the details of packages booked, deposits and how total payment later. Customers are encouraged to check the contents of the receipt to confirm the booking the package in order to avoid errors in the package booked.
5. If the deposit payment has been made, if the customer cancel the reservation two months before the Council, only half the deposit only will return to the client. If the customer cancel the reservation less than two months before the Council there are no return of deposits made.
6. The Album is expected to be completed the fastest is between 1 to 2 months after the event
7. After payment of a deposit is made, the customer and DNA Studio has agreed to the terms and conditions stated above.
